This picture was taken 8 days ago. Went back today and they were gone. Couple burnt, few rotted, a handful of buttons was all that remained. It has been very hot, with no rain for about 2 weeks. Luckily, there are areas at higher elevations which are sheltered somewhat from the elements. Conditions change from drainage to drainage. The varieties of summer mushrooms are out there still! Light out and look all around. Enjoy!
