Western North Carolina Morel Mushrooms dried

The highly elusive Morel mushroom is considered a delicacy in many parts of the United States. Early spring for thousands of people signal the time to begin hunting these hidden jewels. While the southeastern United States does not produce the quantity of other regions, the Morels do thrive there. Over the years I have discovered over 10,000 Morels.
